Opening of the exhibition entitled "The life and revolutionary career of President Ton Duc Thang"

On August 16th, the opening ceremony of the exhibition entitled "The life and revolutionary career of President Ton Duc Thang" took place at the Museum of Military Zone 9. The exhibition was organized by the Museum of Military Zone 9 in cooperation with Ton Duc Thang Museum to celebrate the 73rd anniversary of the successful August Revolution, Vietnam’s National Day on September 2nd and the 130th anniversary of President Ton Duc Thang’s birth. (20/8/1888 - 20/8/2018).
Delegates visited the exhibition

The exhibition displays nearly 200 photos, materials and artifacts of Chairman Ton Duc Thang through important milestones in order to introduce to cadres, soldiers and people about his life and revolutionary career as an outstanding, ethical, courageous, resilient, fearless revolutionary soldier who does not fear of sacrifice for the nation and the people.

Throughout the exhibition, visitors can feel the immense love of Uncle Ton for the Motherland, the people and families expressed through each letter, photo, story and so on. As a result, this exhibition has helped soldiers and people understand more clearly the value of living in a peaceful, independent and unified country.

According to the plan, the exhibition will last until September 2nd, 2018.
