The People's Committee of Can Tho city has recently approved Viet News Entertainment Media Company to host the Miss Tourism beauty contest of the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho 2021. The contest aims to find a representative for the local tourism and promote the beauty of the land and people of the Mekong Delta to friends and tourists at home and abroad. Moreover, the Miss Tourism beauty contest of the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho 2021 also carries a very important mission that is becoming a launchpad to recover and promote the development of tourism. The contest lasts until December 2021.

During the contest, contestants will participate in the photoshoot and filming at famous tourist destinations of the city and provinces such as Can Tho, Ca Mau, Phu Quoc, An Giang, etc. The pictures and videos taken by the contestants will contribute to marketing and promoting the beauty of nature, people, and culture of the Mekong Delta to numerous tourists. The final night and awards ceremony of the Miss Tourism beauty contest of the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho 2021 is expected to take place in December 2021 which is also close to the New Year of 2022.
