In fact, the organization time has been changed because in the previous two festivals, the bad weather in the rainy season had bad effects on the festival activities, visitors’ sightseeing as well as joys. It is expected that the festival will still take place in Ninh Kieu Wharf (near the pedestrian bridge) and Khai Luong Canal this year.
