According to the text, the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism of Can Tho city, based on Decision 23/2021/QÐ-TTg dated July 7th, 2021 of the Prime Minister on support policies for workers and employers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, helps to establish the request for support according to the prescriptions. The beneficiaries of the support are the tour guides who have the tourist guide card in accordance with the Tourism Law, the contractual tourist guides of companies in the tourism sector, the local and international tourist guides who are members of socio-professional associations in the field of tourist guides, etc. who have carried out the missions and tasks assigned by managers of tourist sites.

The amount of 3,710,000 VND/person will be granted in one go to each worker. The support request file comprising form 10 of the annexes attached to Decision 23/2021/QÐ-TTg dated July 7th, 2021 of the Prime Minister, duly completed, a certified copy (or copy collated with the original) of one of these papers: employment contract with a tour operator or a company providing tourist guide services valid from January 1st, 2020 until the time of submission of the file, membership card of a socio-professional association in the field of tourist guide.
