Can Tho Investment Promotion Conference 2018: Signing cooperation agreements and presenting the decisions approving investment proposals, investment registration certificates in Can Tho city

Within the framework of Can Tho Investment Promotion Conference 2018, delegates witnessed the signing of cooperation agreements between the Can Tho People's Committee and 19 investors, enterprises with a total investment of nearly 85,000 billion VND, demonstrating the city’s determination to actively implement commitments to develop the social economy and enhance investment attraction in the city.

Many investors proposed several projects for the city in many fields over the past few years. After considering several proposals from investors who have the capacity, experience and meet the practical requirements of the city, Can Tho City has presented decisions approving the investment proposals, investment registration certificates for 10 projects, with a total investment of nearly 8,000 billion VND in the representative fields of real estate, healthcare, tourism service, trade, logistic and agricultural processing.

1. An Binh New Urban Area Project, Ninh Kieu District; Investor: Hong Phat Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.

2. Vinmec Can Tho International General Hospital Project; Investor: Vinmec International Hospital Joint Stock Company.

3. ÊMM Hotel Project in Can Tho; Investor: Thien Minh Hoa Binh Tourism Joint Stock Company.

4. Ecotourism resort in Nhon Nghia commune, Phong Dien district; Investor: Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum JSC.

5. Rice Milling, Processing and Polishing Plant in Lan Thanh 1, Thot Not district; Investor: Thanh Hung Agricultural Products Processing Joint Stock Company

6. Phung Hoang Rice Exporting Plant; Investor: Phung Hoang Rice Export - Import Joint Stock Company.

7. International Convention Center and Multi-functional Facilities Area Project; Investor: PQC Convention Joint Stock Company.

8. Project on investing in building and exploiting warehouse - port - factory in Hung Phu 1 Industrial Zone (cluster B); Investor: Long Thuan Investment Joint Stock Company.

9. Project on building a 15.44-hectare factory in Thot Not Industrial Zone (phase 4); Investor: Nha Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company.

10. An Binh New Urban Area Project (Zone 3), An Binh Ward, Ninh Kieu District; Investor: Hong Phat Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.
