In this festival, Binh Thuy District People's Committee solemnly organizes a ceremony to receive the certificate to recognize the Ky Yen Festival of Binh Thuy Communal House as a National intangible cultural heritage, signed by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism in March 2018.

Arts performance in the Ky Yen – Ha Dien Festival, Binh Thuy Communal House

This festival takes place for 2 days (January 19^th and January 20^th  or lunar December 14^th and 15^th , Year of Dog) featuring various traditional ceremonies such as escorting the Sac Than’s tour , Shennong worshipping procedures, changing Sac Than’s covering procedure,  Xay Chau (drumming), Dai Boi (performing arts) and so on... In addition, other festive activities are organized such as cooking contests, exhibition and sale of many local typical products.
