Representatives for “bánh tét lá cẩm” Can Tho is craftsman Huynh Thi Trong (is also called Sau Trong) in Binh Thuy district. By the skillful combination in using raw materials, Sau Trong’s cakes are very delicious and unique. With“Vịt nấu chao”, craftsman Nguyen Thanh Giao, who (in Ninh Kieu district) has cooked and served people for many years, had strong impression in the heart of many people. The two dishes have ever been in the list of top 100 typical dishes and specialties of Vietnam, period from 2011 to 2016.

The representatives of “Bánh Tét lá cẩm” of Can Tho is Mrs. Huynh Thi Trong, a craftsman (i.e. Sau Trong, living in Zone 1, An Thoi ward, Binh Thuy district). With more than half a century of making these Vietnamese cylindrical sticky rice cakes, Mrs. Sau Trong has innovated the cakes so that they still keep the traditional flavor but their forms are stranger and the taste is more delicious.

There are also many other dishes in the Mekong Delta being recognized Vietnam Record, such as  “Lẩu mắm U Minh” (U Minh hot pot of macerated fish), “Chả cá thác lát Hậu Giang” (Hau Giang Grilled Clown Knifefish), “Bún bò cay Bạc Liêu” ( Bac Lieu chilli beef rice noodle), “Gỏi Sầu đâu” (Neem salad) and “Khô cá lóc”, (Dried Snakehead) in An Giang, ect.
