Can Tho City Public Administration Service Center officially operates on February 26th

On the morning of February 26, the Can Tho City Public Administration Service Center officially operated and received hundreds of applications from organizations and individuals wishing to complete administrative procedures.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc He, Vice Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee, visited the Public Administration Service Center.

A significant number of individuals and organizations visited the Can Tho City Public Administration Service Center to complete administrative procedures. On the morning of February 26, the Center processed 434 dossiers for administrative procedures.

Can Tho City Public Administration Service Center is located at 109 Nguyen Trai Street, Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City. It was established under Decision No. 595/QD-UBND on March 6, 2023, by the People's Committee of Can Tho City. The center operates as a special administrative unit under the Office of Can Tho Municipal People's Committee. It operates under the direction of Can Tho Municipal People's Committee. Chairman of Can Tho Municipal People's Committee is responsible for overseeing it. The center is guided by competent State agencies in its day-to-day operations.

On the first working day, civil servants ensure the settlement of administrative procedures for people at the Center.

Can Tho City Public Administration Service Center serves as the central hub for receiving, guiding, providing information, and offering services to resolve and deliver the results of city-level administrative procedures of specialized agencies under Can Tho Municipal People's Committee. The center provides around 1,430 administrative procedures from 16 specialized departments and branches under Can Tho City People's Committee and the Management Board of Can Tho Export Processing and Industrial Zones, except for the Department of Finance, Department of Ethnic Minorities, and Can Tho City Inspectorate.

Each department and sector will appoint one or two civil servants to receive documents, coordinate with other agencies to process documents, and return the results to the people. At the same time, each department and sector will dissolve the departments responsible for receiving and returning results. This operation by the center aims to optimize administrative procedures, save time, and reduce costs for people and businesses.

Can Tho Post Office staff guide people to register accounts and how to use public services online. On the morning of February 26, Can Tho Post Office received a total of 85 dossiers for administrative procedures.
