Speaking at the forum, Vice Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee Nguyen Thuc Hien said that over the past years, along with promoting socio-economic development, maintaining political stability and social order and safety, local Party Committees, authorities, families, schools, and society have strived to create favorable conditions for children to be cared for, study and enjoy a healthy, safe and friendly environment.
