Chefs will prepare mouth-watering dishes from flowers with a Western flavor, sharing stories about dishes and creative ideas. 12 dishes are displayed for guests to try and rate, based on the following criteria: taste, presentation and storytelling
Through this event, Can Tho Culinary Association wishes to spread the spirit of culinary creativity based on the following criteria: indigenous ingredients, folk traditions, and personal creativity.
