Based on the signed agreement, the involved parties will collaborate to efficiently manage the training, and the development of high-quality human resources in the semiconductor ICs industry, to cater to the needs of investors and businesses operating in this field. Alongside this, they will conduct in-depth training sessions for officials, teachers, and students in Can Tho City and the Mekong Delta region, while organizing communication events to spread awareness about program implementation activities. The parties will also consolidate and report on the effectiveness of the training activities, provide guidance, and propose mechanisms and policies to train and develop human resources in an efficient and high-quality manner.

At the Signing Ceremony, the Organizing Committee also awarded License copyright certificates to CESC1 Microchip Center (Can Tho University) and CESC2 Microchip Center (Can Tho University of Engineering and Technology).

At the signing ceremony, Minister of Science and Technology Huynh Thanh Dat spoke highly of Can Tho City's efforts in promoting human resource development to support the semiconductor industry. The Minister also praised Can Tho for its innovative capacity, as evidenced by its fifth-place ranking in the local innovation index in 2023.

According to the Minister, Can Tho has produced outstanding knowledge products and technological innovations with patent applications and useful solutions. Additionally, the city's research and development of human resources, along with its industrial production index and high number of 4-star OCOP products, have been strongly evaluated.

Through this signing ceremony, Minister Huynh Thanh Dat expressed his confidence that cooperation in human resource training for the electronics and semiconductor industry is essential for enhancing the quality of human resources, increasing competitiveness, and attracting investment not only for Can Tho City but also for the entire Mekong Delta region.
