This year's photo contest, themed “Can Tho homeland and people today”, aims to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Can Tho becoming a centrally-run city (1/1/2004-1/1/2024). The photo entries introduce the natural beauty, landscape, diversified characteristics of life, and unique cultural activities of the people in Can Tho as well as the image of a safe, dynamic, modern, friendly, future-oriented Can Tho City.

Professional and non-professional photographers living and working in Can Tho City are encouraged to compete in a photo contest highlighting the beauty of the land and the people of Can Tho City. The works submitted are color or black-white images. They must be new creations and taken in Can Tho City. Each contestant can enter up to 20 photos; size 30x40cm - 30x45cm, square image size 30x30cm, panorama with the longest edge not exceeding 45cm.

Contestants can send their entries directly to the Can Tho Association of Photographic Artists by 5 p.m. on September 29, 2023, or via post office by 5 p.m. on October 6, 2023, at 170, Ly Tu Trong Street, An Cu Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.
