Phong Dien-Can Tho Ecotourism Festival is an annual event organized by the District People's Committee of Phong Dien in collaboration with the municipal Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The festival which is part of activities celebrating World Tourism Day on September 27th will feature 20 booths promoting tourism in Can Tho City and other districts, provinces and cities; 150 trade fair booths showcasing fruits and orchard miniatures. Moreover, the festival will include 18 attractive activities, such as a contest making and displaying delicious Phong Dien dishes; famtrips to introduce new destinations and tourism products of Phong Dien District; calligraphy space and beautiful photo exhibition about Phong Dien and Can Tho City tourism; cultural, art performances, and folk games.

The event aims to promote eco-tourism; introduce local specialties and tourism products; create opportunities for businesses to connect and cooperate.
