This year, Ky Yen Thuong Dien Festival in Thoi Binh Communal House takes place from December 26th to December 28th, 2023 (the 14th - 16th of lunar November) featuring various traditional ceremonies such as receiving and escorting Linh Than, the main worshipping procedures, the Lady of the Realm worshipping procedures, Shennong worshipping procedures, Tuc Yet (introducing the village’s officials to the gods), Xay Chau (drumming), Dai Boi (performing arts) and so on. In addition, there is also a classical Vietnamese opera performance to serve tourists and people during the festival.

Thoi Binh Communal House is a long-standing cultural and religious site in Can Tho City. It was awarded the title Bon Canh Thanh Hoang (Village God) in the 5th year of Tu Duc (1852). Thoi Binh Communal House has unique architecture imbued with the architectural style of village communal houses in South Vietnam. In 2018, Thoi Binh Communal House was ranked as a city-level Architectural and Artistic Monument in Can Tho City.
