Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trung Nhan - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city - emphasized: Storm No. 3 (Yagi), the strongest storm in decades, has left severe consequences, causing serious damage in northern provinces and cities; many houses are flooded, collapsed, agricultural land and flower areas as well as a large number of livestock have suffered significant losses; many roads are damaged, many areas are isolated, many residential areas are cut off.
