Each participant in the individual category must be present in his/her work and can submit two photos to Can Tho City Women's Union. Each group can submit one photo to Can Tho City Women's Union. At least six people are present in the photo. Submissions should be original works and should not have been submitted in previous competitions or exhibited publicly. The works should be in black-and-white or color and must be submitted without editing.

From August 10 to September 10, 2023, participants can upload photos to this link https://forms.gle/TgnveKv6LVj9vsPy7.

The awarding and closing ceremony is scheduled to be held on October 7, 2023.
