The target of this project is organizing and providing services for large scale international and domestic exhibitions, conferences, fairs, restaurants and other services like onsen, short staying, cartering and so on.

The project, which has a contract of  50 years’ duration, has the total investment of  over VND 453.5 billion including owned capital of investors and loans from credit institutions.
