The Vietnamese-Korean Cultural Day in Can Tho City in 2024 concluded with many positive impressions after two days of activities (October 5 and 6). During the closing ceremony, the organizers presented awards for the K-Dance Klech competition, fostering cultural exchanges between art delegations from South Korea and universities in Can Tho City. Visitors were very excited to attend the event, especially enjoying the vibrant cultural experiences.

The opening ceremony of the Vietnam - South Korea Cultural Day Festival in Can Tho City in 2024 took place on the evening of October 5 at Luu Huu Phuoc Park in Ninh Kieu District. The People's Committee of Can Tho City organized the event in collaboration with the Embassy of South Korea in Vietnam and the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea (RoK) in Ho Chi Minh City.

On October 4, the People's Committee of Can Tho City organized a city-level firefighting and rescue drill at Muong Thanh Can Tho Hotel, which attracted the participation of many different forces and vehicles. The drill also received support from the firefighting and rescue forces of Hau Giang Provincial Police and Vinh Long Provincial Police, facilitating close and comprehensive coordination.

On the morning of October 1st, at the Binh Thuy Communal House, an architectural and artistic relic in Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City, the Can Tho City Museum organized the opening ceremony for the class "Restoration and Transmission of Vietnamese Ceremonial Music in Can Tho City in 2024".
